Independent Carolyn Corrigan has announced she is standing as a candidate for the seat of North Shore in the State by-election on 8 April. Carolyn is a councillor and former Deputy Mayor Mosman Council and until recently President of Save Our Councils Coalition. She is a strong opponent to the State Government’s forced council amalgamation policy.
